ONE DAY COOKING LESSON: your culinary experience in Umbria, Italy!
If you are travelling to Umbria and Tuscany but you don't
have time for a full culinary holidays, we offer one-day class that will make your vacation unforgettable! Our cooking classes begin at 10.00 a.m. , are generally about 3 to 4 hours long and include the preparation of a multi-course meal, which you enjoy with our wine at the end of the lesson. The Umbrian cuisine is incredibly rich and varied, famed for its heady olive oil.Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available and providing you with a deeply individual Italian experience. The cooking lessons are great, the food sublime!
PROGRAM of one /single day Cooking class in Umbria
10:00 Arrive in the country farm "la volpe e l'uva" in Perugia. Begin instruction, highlighting the history of Umbria cooking and presenting the day's menu. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal.
13:00 Enjoy the fruits of your work! Eat the foods that you just created complemented by our wine and extra virgin olive oil.
After the lesson you can relax around our swimming pool!
Class can be confirmed any day of the week.
When a booking is confirmed for two people, it does not guarantee a private class, however the maximum number of participants is 8 people so you will have a guaranteed space in the class.
It is also possible to bring along a non-participating partner who can spend the day enjoying the surroundings, and could then join the group at lunchtime.
The one day cooking lesson is available year round on request.

The rate per person is 100 euro (for a group of 2 persons travelling together)
The rate per person is 95 euro (for a group of 3/4 persons travelling together)
The rate per person is 90 euro (for a group of 5/6 persons travelling together)
